Taste of Chicago Neighborhoods

Give your guests a real taste of Chicago with this exciting theme party!  Chicago has over 77 neighborhoods. Celebrate some of the most culturally rich communities such as Little Italy, Greektown, Wrigleyville and Chinatown!  From food stations representing ethnic cuisine to entertainment such as Mexican Mimes, Flamenco Dancers, Chinese Calligraphers and the Blues Brothers, your guests are sure to have a memorable experience!

Roaring 20s

Take your guests back in time to the era of Prohibition with this Roaring 20s themed party!  Encourage all to dress for the affair in zoot suits and flapper dresses or let AlliedPRA Chicago provide boas and fedoras for guests to enjoy.  Create a password for guests to enter the party, maybe something like “Big Al sent me.”  As you enter, make sure to check your guns at the gun check.  Big Al will be there so don’t make him and his mafia friends mad!

Chicago – the Broadway Musical!

Let AlliedPRA Chicago transform the event space into Chicago the musical!  From romantic centerpieces to room focals, your guests are sure to be impressed!  Finish the night with performances from the musical including “All that Jazz” and “Roxie”.

The Chicago World's Fair

The Chicago World's Fair was held in Chicago in 1893 to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus's arrival to the New World in 1492.  Chicago bested New York City; Washington, D.C.; and St. Louis for the honor of hosting the fair. The fair had a profound effect on architecture, the arts, Chicago's self-image, and American industrial optimism.  This World's Fair themed event will feature the "white city" with props in shades of white atop white linens and room focals inspired by this historic event.
