Eat, Drink and Shake on the San Andreas Fault

California’s shaky fault run through the middle of our magnificent desert.  This party location takes place on a true geological canvas, described by one geologist as “The Most Tortured Landscape on Earth.” Drive over or walk in between the SAN ANDREAS FAULT — the largest and most dramatic earthquake zone in the country.  To remember that this desert was once the ocean floor is something to contemplate.   While silence envelopes the desert and breath-taking rock formations come alive with vibrant colors on the most surrealistic landscape on earth, enjoy a slow-cooked BBQ, a ride through the moonlit canyons by jeep, and relax by a roaring campfire while roasting marshmallows and listening to desert campfire stories.  View the moon and heavens through a telescope, enjoy myths and facts from your entertaining Eco Trained Guide, all in a unique environment you’ve probably never experienced before!  We can create an interactive environment of the old west with saloons, dancing girls, guns fights and more.

Fly Them to the Moon

We’ve all heard “Hooray for Hollywood,” but don’t forget the chorus about Palm Springs: “There are stars in the homes, stars on the street signs, even stars on the pavement.” Since the days when Marilyn Monroe was discovered beside the Racquet Club pool, Palm Springs has been famed as a hideaway for Hollywood’s greatest.  The visitor to this home will be reminded of an era when Palm Springs was a haven for celebrities, where they flocked to relax and to party.  Built in 1947, the home was Sinatra’s first in Palm Springs and where he initially lived with his wife, Nancy, and their three children.  Several of the original items belonging to Frank Sinatra are displayed throughout.  A unique twist to this location is the pool shaped like a baby grand piano.  Guests will be treated to an exclusive tour of the estate followed by dinner on the lawn.  Allow your eyes and ears to deceive you as Frank Sinatra and his buddies from the Rat Pack entertain your guests throughout the night.

Medjhool Lake

Nestled in the heart of the Coachella Valley, the Empire Polo Club is a world class equestrian facility featuring four international-caliber polo fields.   The evening's entertainment begins as polo players move onto the field to begin warm ups for the evening's exhibition. A "Friends of Polo" demonstration explains the basics of the game and sets the crowds involvement in the competition.   As the players are introduced a guest remarks, "Oh my Gosh! IS THAT OUR CEO ON THAT HORSE?"   Now the game can get underway.  The first two 7 minute chukkers are played with a few minutes in between chukkers as the players change out their mounts.  Guests are offered a glass of champagne and proceed out to the field for the traditional Divot stomp to the tune of "Pretty Woman."

The second half of the game resumes with two more chukkers, and the excitement builds. By this time, your guests know their favorites and the gallery erupts with waves and cheers in support of their team.

Following the match, the group makes their way to the tempting gourmet buffet dinner.   A musical trio entertains during dinner while guests enjoy the company and elegant surroundings of the desert.   Following dessert, the polo players reappear and propose a challenge to our guests.  It is now their turn to demonstrate their new found polo skills. While the polo players drive the golf cart, your guests wield the mallets and go for the GOAL! (Enhancement) This sensational conclusion marks a most memorable evening under the desert sky.
