The second level dining room offers a focused menu of cuisine prepared with sensible creativity for celebratory eating. Complementing the dinner menu is an aperitif cocktail list and a unique selection of artisan wines, each produced from a specific terroir representing some of the world’s most classic regions, from family-owned vineyards. The design of the restaurant and bar takes full advantage of the harbor view and is reminiscent of a ship’s dining room, with a curved rosewood ceiling and glossy black columns inspired by the mast of a ship that anchors the space. A lounge off the grand spiral staircase and two oceanfront rooms, with recessing doors for privacy, are available for special events, while an intimate patio with outdoor fireplace offers dining and drinks in-season. The hidden gem of the establishment is the third floor wine bar and cocktail lounge, serving finger food in a hip, mostly open-air space with a towering copper-clad fireplace and striking views of the harbor and skyline. The retractable glass walls and roof, along with wood-decked outside patios, provide a seaside setting that can be used year-round, regardless of the season, to accommodate groups up to 225 people.
