AlliedPRA works closely with its clients to provide unique opportunities that bring teams together for outreach projects.  So when one of our clients inquired about ways to build camaraderie within their team, while doing something positive for the community, AlliedPRA San Antonio had the perfect solution for the challenge.

Through the Wounded Warrior Project®--an organization dedicated to enlisting the public's help to care for injured service members and their families, teams created Wounded Warrior Care packages.  During the activity, teams worked through a series of engaging teambuilding activities leading up to the assembling of care packages for our military heroes wounded in action.  The unique opportunity provided the injured soldiers at San Antonio Military Medical Hospital with supplies not easily received in the hospital, while bringing smiles to the dedicated men and women who have given so much.

What started as a program to provide comfort items to wounded service members has grown into a complete rehabilitative effort to assist warriors as they recover and transition back to civilian life.  Thousands of wounded warriors and caregivers receive support each year through Wounded Warrior Project programs designed to nurture the mind and body, and encourage economic empowerment.

This program provides an extraordinary way to infuse your group with energy, create feelings of immense goodwill, and a sense of something larger than day-to-day work challenges.  It not only offers a fun teambuilding environment that impacts the participants but benefits the valued soldiers in more ways than one.
